Proposed Financing: Total amount to be raised and amount committed from current investors.

Basic Demographics: Founding date, location(s), number of employees (FT/PT), very brief background of the CEO.

Historical Financing: Current Investors, amount raised, date raised, post-money valuation, option pool and ownership %'s.

Market Opportunity: Describe the target market. What are the growth/opportunity drivers? How big is the market today? How fast is it growing?

Elevator pitch: In less than 50 words, describe what your company does to address the above stated Market opportunity.

Value Proposition: What is the value proposition for the target customer (why do they care)?

Competition: Who are the key competitors and what is your sustainable advantage?

Product/Sales: What is your economic model (how do you make money)? How will you reach your customer?

Customers: List a few key customers. If N/A, who are your potential or beta customers (list only those that you are actually talking/working with)?

Development: Status of product? Include dates of expected milestones.

Revenue: List prior year actual & Yr. 1-5 revenue & profit margin estimate.
